Rob Cayzer, Director, Business and Market Development, Industry Development Division, MDeC Malaysia
Rob Cayzer is founder of MSC Malaysia’s SSO and founding co-chairman of Outsourcing Malaysia, which is Malaysia’s outsourcing industry association. He is currently Director of Business and Market Development for MDeC Malaysia, chartered to market MSC Malaysia solutions globally. He has worked in ICT, outsourcing, communications and digital media field for over 21 years ranging from economic development, marketing, strategy, MIS management to software engineering. He has a Bachelor of IT from University of Queensland, and is also member of IEEE, Malaysian Institute of Management, Australian Computer Society and International Game Developers Association.

Dr Ispran Kandasamy, Vice President & Managing Director, Asia Pacific, CommScope Enterprise Solutions
Ispran Kandasamy (Ish) has been responsible for leading and growing the SYSTIMAX® Solutions business within the Asia Pacific region since 2001. Over the past 20 years, Ish has built up a proven track record in research and development, manufacturing, and sales and marketing within the telecommunications and general communication’s industry. In previous roles, he worked for Avaya’s Connectivity Solution’s business as Managing Director for Asia Pacific and for Lucent Technologies as Director (Channel Distribution), based in London, for the BusinessPartner organization within the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. In the latter role Ish had pan-European responsibility for supporting key global accounts, building pan-European communication infrastructures as well as driving business development within the UK. Prior to joining Lucent’s BusinessPartner organization in 1998, Ish worked for Pirelli Cables & Systems in a variety of roles, including engineering, manufacturing and sales, over a six-year period focusing on the design and manufacture of optical systems. Ish holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Material Science and Physics of Optical Devices from Brunel University (now University of West London), UK. He is also a co-author of a number of patents relating to optical fibre management systems developed while working for Pirelli Cables & Systems.
Sivadas Ramadas, Managing Director, Sybase, South East Asia
Sivadas Ramadas has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry in managing sales, marketing and business operations across Asia Pacific. He has developed organizations and established offices to deliver enterprise solutions to large and medium sized corporations across the region. He has excellent network of customers and partners in the ASEAN countries where has been focused over the last 5 years.
Prior to joining Sybase, Sivadas has held senior management positions in Compaq, Hewlett Packard and Autodesk. Sivadas holds Bachelors in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University from Canada and Professional Management Diploma from Babson College, Massachusetts, USA.

Simon Ng, Regional Director, South Asia Pacific, FalconStor Software, Inc.
Simon Ng is currently the Regional Director of South Asia Pacific in FalconStor Software, Inc. In his role, Simon heads FalconStor’s sales, presales consulting, marketing, and implementation team for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippine, Australia, New Zealand and India. As the pioneer, Simon has been with FalconStor since December 2005 and spearhead into the frontier of data protection solution including the areas of Continuous Data Protection, Tape Virtualisation with Virtual Tape Library, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Simon’s experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) spans more than 10 years in various multinational companies such as ACA Pacific and Computer Associates, which provides him the breadth and depth into the technology of Storage Management, Enterprise Storage Automation and Security. Simon has a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University in Western Australia.
Michiel de Boer, Managing Director, Malaysia / Hong Kong / Singapore, Quint Wellington Redwood
Michiel gained his experience in various local and international companies worldwide. In these organizations he has executed roles as (project) Manager or Consultant in a variance of industries for governance or process improvement projects. He is experienced in translating business objectives into manageable deliverables, quick wins and continuous improvement. He joined Quint Wellington Redwood in 2000, a management consulting firm for IT management, and is Managing Director Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Michiel has a bachelor's degree in Electronics and information science and holds the highest ITIL credential- the ITIL Service Manager (Masters) certification. He is Vice President of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) of the Malaysian Chapter.
