Just as the days of booking a flight at a travel agent on the high street or buying an album in a mom-and-pop shop are increasingly rare, a bank that isn't digitally savvy will become a thing of the past too. The banks that get this — that understand that they are fundamental to this digital shift of society is partnering with other industries — are the ones poised to grow.
