Nearly all apps are vulnerable in some way, report says

Andy Patrizio | March 4, 2014
A new study says 96 percent of the apps it tested show at least one security vulnerability. The scary thing is that 96 percent is actually an improvement.

So slow down and do it right.

On a completely unrelated note, some good news. It has come to my attention that Gabe Adiv, the founder of TuneUp Media, has bought the company back from creditors and is planning a re-launch. If you read me regularly, you know I've documented the downward spiral and demise of TuneUp, an excellent iTunes library modifier and organizer.

The company shut down on January 31, but if you go to the site now, it says 'Under new management.' While the original developer is not returning, I think the new management will do a much better job. He can't really do much worse.
