Vietnam considers bitcoin legalisation: what are the implications?

According to VnEconomy, a regional publication in Vietnam, the country’s financial authorities will potentially legalise bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies by the end of 2017.

It appears very unlikely that we will see bitcoin gain widespread usage across Asia in the immediate future. But watching how the regulation drafting process unfolds across the next year could prove vital in how bitcoin adaptation unfolds.
