Business communications provider Avaya has received the Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Contact Centre Applications Inbound Systems Vendor of the year award from analyst Frost & Sullivan.
"This award reinforces Avaya's commitment to continuous evolution and ability to develop technologies that focus on driving customer success," said Avaya Malaysia country director, Mohd Rasidan Mohd Taher.
Mohd Rasidan said the award showed that Avaya beat out competition in three criteria: growth strategy and implementation, degree of innovation, and leadership in customer value and market penetration.
"Avaya continues to dominate the inbound systems segment for the Asia Pacific contact centre applications market with reliable and proven technology that is the corner stone for driving customer satisfaction in the contact centre," said Frost & Sullivan industry manager, Asia Pacific ICT practice, Krishna Baidya.
"Accentuating its holistic approach towards contact centre solutions, Avaya further enhanced its contact centre platform that effectively optimises customer experiences in evolving business environments," said Baidya.
"Deep understanding of customer perspective and breadth of its offerings has developed very strong relationships with customers in the region," he said. Invigorating its strong channel network emphasising enablement and profitability, Avaya continues to seize opportunity in the face of intensifying competition. This is even more remarkable at a time when the vendor was forced to focus inwards with NES (Nortel Enterprise Solutions) integration."
