CU Anytime, a provider of high availability management services to member credit unions, selected software platforms from NCR Corporation and INETCO to upgrade its ATM management system.
"CU Anytime is committed to offering quality services to our members, while improving our business performance. Implementing NCR's integrated, channel management platform is a critical step forward for us to achieve operational excellence, cost effectiveness and improved member experiences," said Pat Holland, President and CEO of CU Anytime.
CU Anytime will be implementing NCR APTRA Vision-a self-service management solution which combines all of the incident management and operational data of previous generations of management systems with commercial and business data from other sources.
This solution enables automatic, pre-emptive actions along with remote management and command functions to reduce time-consuming site visits.
The company will also leverage INETCO Insight transaction monitoring software which complements with APTRA Vision. Once this solution is initiated at an ATM or any other customer-facing touch point (like mobile application, kiosk or online banking application), it will provide real-time alerting and end-to-end visibility into consumer transactions.
"NCR's channel management solution platform strategically aligns with CU Anytime's priority of exceptional service delivery," said Brian Bailey, vice president of Solutions Management at NCR Financial Services. "With a single view into ATM management data, cash management data and real-time transaction monitoring, CU Anytime can improve the success of customer interactions and quickly respond to any device, cash or network bottlenecks or outages. It also allows support to CU Anytime credit unions by providing monitoring and management services for deployment of new branch devices like, ITMs, video teller machines. "
Lastly, CU Anytime will also deploy NCR APTRA OptiCash-a cash optimisation solution-to analyse the data directly from the ATM or existing infrastructure sources to generate a forecast and cost optimised replenishment strategy for every cashpoint, taking into account cost factors, servicing constraints and capacities.
