Helpling makes it easier for cleaners in Singapore to manage their jobs

Singapore's Helpling recently introduced a mobile app for freelance cleaners to organise their booking with potential customers.

Thanks to the app, cleaners no longer have to go through the hassle of scouting for new customers. Instead, the app will help schedule appointments with customers with just a click on an iOS or Android smartphone device.

The mobile app also provides a summary of customers, including customers' location, address and phone numbers. Cleaners can even process invoices on their own.

"The new app makes it even more appealing to be a self-employed person in Singapore where convenience is the key element. The app is taking a huge leap by allowing cleaners to manage and accept jobs on-the go, based on their preference, just by a few taps on their phone," explained Philippe Limes, Country Manager, Helpling Singapore.

Commenting on the app, Chen Huiheng, a cleaning partner, said: "This app allows me to manage my work schedule in a much shorter time. It is such a good tool for someone like me, who is seldom at home on my computer. As compared to the past, I can now save so much time on approving my cleaning offers, amending invoices or finding out more about a customer without having to log onto the website."
