Indonesia-based Prisma Global Solusi partners TrustSphere to offer messaging intelligence

With this partnership, Prisma’s clients can now access capabilities to improve sales effectiveness, enhance risk management and fraud detection by analysing relationships in real time.

IBM's business partner, Prisma Global Solusi, announced today that it would offer TrustSphere's messaging analytics for IBM enterprise customers in Indonesia.

The IT application and infrastructure company has signed an agreement to resell TrustSphere's Messaging Intelligence software, which can map critical relationships of an organisation by studying email traffic patterns, on the IBM Domino platforms. As such, customers will now be able to gain insights through relationship analytics and visualisation of relationships for organisations.

Through the partnership with TrustSphere, Prisma's clients can now access capabilities to improve sales effectiveness, enhance risk management and fraud detection by analysing relationships in real time.  

According to a joint media statement, TrustSphere delivers its analytics using its patent pending software. This software tags individual users and enables objective analysis of traffic patterns without analysing the content of the message. It can also be used to analyse other forms of communication data including voice and SMS traffic.
