As a testimony to Avaya's success, Frost & Sullivan recently presented the company the 2008 Contact Centre Applications Vendor of the Year and Enterprise Telephony Vendor of the Year awards at the Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards. Selected by an independent panel, these awards are bestowed upon the company that has exhibited market share leadership through the effective implementation of market strategy in the Asia Pacific region.
