Fujitsu Global Cloud Platform trial programme for enterprises launched

Zafar Anjum | Feb. 13, 2012
Fujitsu says programme aims to drive cloud computing adoption for enterprises in Singapore.

Fujitsu Singapore has announced a trial programme for its Fujitsu Global Cloud Platform.

According to the IT-based business solutions provider, the one-month free trial meant for enterprises who wish to experience the flexibility and scalability that Fujitsu Global Cloud Platform brings.

Launched in Singapore last year, the Fujitsu Global Cloud Platform is Fujitsu's global standard for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). It is delivered via Fujitsu's global network of data centres - in Singapore, Japan, Australia, U.S., Germany and U.K., the company said in a statement today. The platform, which uses a pay-per-use model, utilises a drag-and-drop, self-service portal.

"We have received great interest since its launch last year and we are hoping to extend the benefits to more enterprises in Singapore with this free trial," Richard Wern, senior director, regional cloud computing, Fujitsu Asia, said in a statement.

The free trial offer is available from today and organisations interested in registering for the one-month free trial can do so by visiting http://www.fujitsu-sgp.com/cloud_fgcp.
