Pavel Ershov to manage the fast growth of the company’s cloud services in the region

Parallels has appointed Pavel Ershov as Vice President, Service Provider in Asia Pacific, the hosting and cloud services enablement provider announced today.

In his new role, Ershov will drive overall sales and operations for the business segment, build strong relationships with customers and partners and further steer the growth and increase market share of Parallels across the region, the company said in a statement.

Ershov will be reporting to Mauro Meanti, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Parallels Service Provider.

Ershov joined the Asian regional team in January 2014 following his tenure as Vice President of Parallels in Russia, Middle East and Africa.

"Our business in Asia Pacific has dramatically accelerated, with some of the largest service providers in Asia choosing Parallels to drive their cloud services growth," said Mauro Meanti, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Parallels Service Provider. "Pavel's track record of driving business growth makes him a great fit to lead the next phase of growth for Parallels in the region."

"It is an exciting time for us to be a part of the SMB cloud ecosystem, particularly in Asia Pacific, where most SMBs are looking to explore enterprise grade and cost-efficient cloud services to help them propel their businesses to the level," said Pavel Ershov, Vice President, Service Provider, Asia Pacific. "I look forward to working closely with our current and potential customers and partners in one of the fastest growing regions in cloud adoption."

Prior to joining Parallels in 2011, Ershov spent more than 13 years in Microsoft, in various sales and marketing roles.
