F.Y. Teng | Jan. 23, 2013
The partners promise businesses in the island state "a faster way to deploy mobile SAP solutions."

SAP consulting house Rolling Arrays and infrastructure provider Savvis announced on Wednesday (January 23, 2013) that they are entering a partnership devoted to providing "businesses in the Singapore region a faster way to deploy mobile SAP solutions."

According to their agreement, Rolling Arrays will be using Savvis' cloud infrastructure in the provision of its SAP SUP Rapid Deployment Solutions. In the Savvis statement to the media on the partnership, executives from both companies express their firm belief that this arrangement should deliver "faster time-to-value, with globally available applications and infrastructure ready in weeks instead of months," high flexibility in scaling cloud-based mobility infrastructure, and significantly reduced risk and uncertainty in mobile SAP solution rollouts.

Summing up the latest agreement between his company and Savvis, Manu Khetan, CEO of Rolling Arrays, said, "Savvis' cloud services are a perfect fit for Rolling Arrays. Our SAP rapid-deployment solutions for mobility offer the best path for enterprises to adopt mobility in a time frame as short as six weeks, and Savvis has by far the best infrastructure platform out there to support the complex demands of an enterprise mobility rollout."
