Distribution Central managing director, Nick Verykios, said introducing the Fujitsu server range into the SAN Systems would fast track its Product on Demand (POD) offering, delivered via its PodFactory service.
"We'll be able to deliver scalable solutions to enable customers to grow along with their business," Verykios said.
PODs involve existing reference infrastructures and integrate various vendor offerings to help solve business issues. They can be configured, validated, supported and assessed through DC's SaaS channel management platform and support services. Vendors currently making up the POD portfolio include Fujitsu, NetApp, CommVault, Splunk and Brocade.
Fujitsu A/NZ group executive director of infrastructure solutions and support, Alistair Latham, said the agreement will see Primergy servers taken into mid- market and enable DC to provide integrated solutions for Fujitsu partners.
