ICT solutions provider, Data#3, has won the VMware Solution Provider Partner of the Year in the Asia Pacific and Japan category.
The award was presented at the VMware Partner Exchange 2014 in San Francisco.
According to a company statement, the award recognised Data#3's sales and technical expertise.
It was also named a finalist in the global award category.
Data#3 group general manager, Laurence Baynham, said the company was delighted to have won this award.
"Data#3's success in achieving the VMware Solution Provider of the Year reflects our strategy to partner with global leaders to consistently provide the best solutions to meet our customers' needs in a Hybrid IT environment," he said.
"After many years of investment in VMware, it is pleasing to see that we have also been acknowledged as a global finalist for this award.
"This recognition is testament to the strength and ongoing capability of our team in delivering VMware solutions to customers."
VMware A/NZ managing director, Duncan Bennet, said he was pleased to acknowledge the achievements made in 2013 by partners within the region.

Data#3 is a VMware Premier Solutions Provider Partner, the highest level of partner status in Australia.
