Dell Malaysia has new MD

Dell Malaysia has announced that Goh Theng Lai will be its new managing director with effect from 1 August.

Computer and technology solutions firm Dell Malaysia has announced that Goh Theng Lai will be its new managing director with effect from 1 August.

Goh succeeds Tang Ching Siang who is retiring after 17 years with Dell. "I am deeply honoured and excited to be given the opportunity to lead Dell Malaysia's operations and continue to build on the very strong foundation we have in serving the community and our customers," said Goh.

"I strongly believe that with my experience at Dell and with the support of our dedicated and talented team, we are well positioned to provide end-to-end IT solutions that give customers the power to do more," he said. "I would like to thank CS Tang for his contributions in strengthening Dell Malaysia and its strategies.".

Currently executive director of Dell's global inbound fulfilment & outbound logistics business across Asia Pacific and Japan, Goh joined Dell in 1996.
