The new appointments span across sales, systems engineering, marketing and partners.

Juniper Networks - a network innovation company - announced today a series of senior appointments in Asia Pacific (APAC).

These leadership changes aim to help position the company to capitalise on the highest growth opportunities in APAC, the company said in a media statement.

The new hires include Wendy Koh, senior vice president of APAC sales; Mitch Lewis, vice president of APAC Partners; Russell Skingsley, vice president of APAC Systems Engineering and Centre of Excellence; Helda Lopes, vice president of APAC Field and Partner Marketing; and Mark Ablett, vice president of Juniper APAC.

These five new additions have formerly held other leadership roles within the company; and following their new appointments, they will all be based in Singapore.

"Home to the world's largest mobile and Internet population and a diverse mix of emerging and mature markets, Asia Pacific presents significant opportunity for Juniper," said Vince Molinaro, Chief Customer Officer, Juniper Networks.

"The deep industry, customer, partner and Juniper knowledge and passion that exist across our newly formed APAC management team will help the company capitalise on this opportunity and address the rapidly evolving networking needs of our APAC customers. The combined 30-year Juniper tenure of this team is also testament to the talent we have developed from within," he added.
