Michael Zutenis has been appointed Juniper Networks area partner director A/NZ.
He replaces Robb Finn, who spent eight years with Juniper Networks in channel and sales management and started at Puppet Labs on January 6.
The Melbourne based Zutenis was promoted from the position of business operations manager and previously worked at Nortel, Telstra and Generation-e.
Finn, who also spent eight years with Cisco Systems as an account manager told ARN he would be the first sales resource based in this region to accelerate the adoption of Puppet Enterprise.
"Puppet has a large open source community in Australia and Asia and has had very fast growth in the region," he said.
"I will be evangelising the benefits of moving to Puppet enterprise."
According to a company statement, Puppet is IT automation software that helps system administrators manage infrastructure throughout its lifecycle, from provisioning and configuration to orchestration and reporting.
