Lacoste to use Manhattan Associates solution for its Omni-channel retail operations

US will be French clothing company’s initial deployment for Enterprise Order Management developed by Atlanta, Georgia-based solutions provider

Lacoste S.A. has chosen Manhattan Associates's Enterprise Order Management as the solution to orchestrate its worldwide omni-channel retail operations.

A press statement by Manhattan Associates said the Troyes, France-based Lacoste will first deploy their vendor firm's solution in the U.S. and later deploy it globally to support retail operations throughout Europe and Africa.

Enterprise Order Management is a solution that intelligently sources inventory across a retailer's network of distribution centers, suppliers and stores and makes it available to sell through any channel.

Single View

It also provides a single view of inventory and customer transactions across the retail enterprise enabling every channel together to bring about a seamless experience for the customer.

It said Lacoste's customer service representatives in call centers and stores will use the Enterprise Order Management solution to view and service customers through any channel.

Manhattan Associates is based in Georgia and is a provider of supply chain management solutions and warehouse management systems.
