Neville Vincent to head Hitachi Data Systems Asia Pacific

He succeeds Kevin Eggleston.

Hitachi Data Systems Corporation has recently appointed Neville Vincent as senior vice president and general manager, Asia Pacific.

He succeeds his predecessor, Kevin Eggleston, who is now senior vice president of Global Verticals and Integration at the same company.

With more than 20 years of international sales, marketing and management experience in the IT industry, Vincent will lead the company and provide strategic direction to drive growth and expansion throughout Asia.

"Looking to the future, the rapid economic development in Asia Pacific will provide [Hitachi Data Systems] with tremendous opportunities. Our capabilities, technology and services enable companies across the region to reach better business outcomes," said Vincent.

Prior to this role, Vincent was vice president and managing director of Hitachi Data Systems Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, and managing director of Hitachi Data Systems Korea.
