Mobile manufacturer Motorola has introduced its latest Nexus 6 to the Singapore market on Saturday (Feb 28).

Combining the best of Motorola and Google, the phablet-sized Nexus 6 is the first to run the latest operating system - Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Lollipop introduces the new Material Design interface that responds to a user's touch and voice in more intuitive ways, while its Qualcomm Snapdragon processor makes switching between apps a breeze. New call and message notifications also allow users to act on (or dismiss) them without interrupting their mobile activity.

With a six-inch Quad HD display, Nexus 6 is great for watching, reading, playing and doing. In addition, with dual front-facing stereo speakers, users will enjoy an immersive stereo sound that is great for experiencing music, movies and games.

The new Nexus 6 also offers a 13-megapixel camera that features optical image stabilisation, and the HDR+ function allows users to take the best possible photos with the least possible effort.

Another great feature of Nexus 6 is its long-lasting battery life. According to its media statement, a large 3220 mAh battery can get you through the day. On top of that, the included Motorola Turbo Charger gives users a quick burst of power when their battery needs it the most - all it takes is 15 minutes to get up to an additional six hours of battery life.

Offering "More Android. More screen. More everything", the 32GB Nexus 6 is available in two colours - Midnight Blue and Cloud White - and is retailing for S$998 exclusively through retail stores.
