'No Worries' security plan in Malaysia

AvantiKumar | June 13, 2011
Kaspersky Lab says it is first to offer Malaysian home and small business network users an affordable security plan.

"Many computer users in rural areas are facing difficulties in obtaining technical support for their security software products as there are few software professionals around to assist," said Kaspersky Lab corporate sales director, Asia Pacific, Gun Suk Ling. "As the cost of living and the cost of running businesses increases, there may be a temptation to cut corners on cyber security protection and allocate funds to other areas that may be deemed as more important to the home or business. Don't give in to temptation as cyber threats are evolving to be more malicious and show no signs of slowing down or stopping."
