A new partnership, established in late June, between US DDI solutions firm BT Diamond and Malaysia-based Secure Source will help meet increased demand for IPv4 and IPV6 addresses and DDI solutions in Malaysia, said representatives from both companies.
DDI solutions, which include DHCP [Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol], DNS [Domain Name System] and IPAM [IP Address Management] software, are the backbone of IP management and Internet addressing, said BT Diamond IP Sales Vice President, Al Hilton.
"With IPv4 address exhaustion affecting the Asia region first, customers are seeking IP management solutions that enable efficient tracking of IPv4 space while managing deployment of IPv6 space," said Hilton. "Secure Source provides us with a strong presence in Malaysia as an experienced and well-established partner."
Hilton said that this partnership makes BT Diamond IP DDI solutions available to customers of Secure Source under their products and services portfolio. "This DDI offering enables clients seeking to better manage their IPv4/IPv6 address space, as well as DHCP and DNS configurations with high-quality products, services and support they have come to trust from Secure Source," Hilton said.
