This plan - Bridge VoiceSMS Roam- has the potential to deliver up to 80 percent savings from prevailing roaming rates.

The region's first one-rate roaming price plan for voice call minutes and SMS messages has been designed to address the requirements of different users.

People have different communication needs when they travel to specific locations in the Asia Pacific and through this unique plan, Bridge Alliance is giving them the option of subscribing to any of the three Bridge VoiceSMS Roam price plans to suit their requirements.

Bridge VoiceSMS Roam will be offered to Thailand customers from 1 October 2011 and will be available in phases from November 2011 to the other 10 Bridge Alliance member operators.

Free incoming SMS

Customers subscribed to any of the Bridge VoiceSMS Roam price plans will enjoy incoming SMS free-of-charge when they roam with any of the 11 Bridge Alliance member operators and other partner networks.

Subscribers will be able to receive incoming calls, make outgoing local call and international call to their home country, and send SMS to any country.

Bridge Alliance is offering three price plans for subscriptions- Bridge VoiceSMS Roam15, Bridge VoiceSMS Roam30 and Bridge VoiceSMS Roam60. The first plan is available at US$18 for 15 voice call minutes and 15 SMS messages.

Bridge VoiceSMS Roam30 is available at US$32 for 30 voice call minutes and 30 SMS messages and Bridge VoiceSMS Roam60 is offered at US$60 for 60 voice call minutes and 60 SMS messages.

All plans are for seven days and the one-rate pricing is applicable for usage allowance within each plan.
