ALSPEC, the Australian company specialising in the design and distribution of innovative aluminium systems, has implemented the Manhattan SCALE product suite.
This implementation has delivered several operational benefits to ALSPEC that is using the solution throughout its eight distribution centres (DCs) across Australia including Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane.
The solution from global supply chain optimisation provider Manhattan Associates has also improved inventory management and increased stock visibility for ALSPEC.
The Australian company searched for a worldclass highly optimised supply chain infrastructure in place and wanted to ensure that they can meet the sophisticated requirements of its customers.
Moreover, ALSPEC wanted access to critical information in real time at each of its distribution centres. The Manhattan SCALE product suite was able to address all of these requirements.
