The Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) has temporarily shut down its website on Wednesday (4 February 2015) after it was defaced on Monday.

According to CBS, the move is a "precautionary measure to allow it to implement stronger security controls". It added that no data was compromised or lost.

Consumers who would like to get a copy of their credit reports may continue to purchase them at CBS' office at Shenton Way.  The service is also available at SingPost branches islandwide, CrimsonLogic Service Bureau at New Bridge Road, and the Consumers Association of Singapore's (CASE) office at Ulu Pandan.
