Internet banking (iBanking) customers of Singapore-based DBS Bank will now receive more personalised services on the revamped website.
The refreshed website enables customers to view a snapshot of their finances -- be it savings, cards, investments or loans-- through intuitive graphs, and customise quick links to feature frequently used services.

Private-banking customers will also be able to have live chats with relationship managers on the new website.
"Customers are demanding an easier way to look for their services," said Louis Foo, senior vice president and head of consumer banking eBusiness, Singapore. "So I think the revamp is necessary, such that categorisation of the services is more apparent to customers."
To further provide personalised services, DBS aims to use its knowledge of its customers' frequent transactions to highlight relevant promotions or services. For instance, the bank can recommend a credit card that offers cash rebates on utilities to a customer who frequently pays utilities, said Foo.
