ASX-listed Australian Cloud-based software technology company, Dubber Corporation (ASX: DUB), has entered into a reseller agreement with Cisco platinum partner, Gateway ICT. As per the terms of the agreement, Gateway ICT will directly resell Dubber's call recording system solution as an additional service on customers' Telstra bill.
This essentially means that the Dubber service will be sold by Gateway's network and billed by Telstra.
Dubber CEO, Steve McGovern, said the Cisco customer base has always been a priority in Dubber's business and enterprise strategy.
"The technology has been designed with that channel in mind as it provides for a truly global opportunity. The partnership with Gateway ICT ignites that channel whereby they can effectively switch on call recording and make it part of a standard offering to their customers," he said.
He also claimed the teams are already working together on a range of prospects, including opportunities that highlight advantages such as multi-national enterprises requiring call recording across global employees.
"In Gateway ICT, we have a partner that ticks all the boxes. They have an extensive customer base, which can be accessed immediately and they have a national sales team and channels, including Telstra, that sell communications solutions."
Gateway ICT CEO, Nalin Dhanapala, said the initial focus for Dubber will be on its existing Cisco customer base and exposing the Dubber relationship and service to the Telstra sales teams.
"Our existing customers already have the Cisco infrastructure in place and adding Dubber's call recording solution will be one of the simplest and most cost effective call recording solution presented to this market," Dhanapala added.
