Once the solution was deployed, it made her operations easier from an IT perspective. "For SME like us, without an in-house IT department, we needed support from Integrated Retail for deployment when we open new stores," she says. "When the right person performs the deployment, it's a seamless operation for us."
Going forward, Wong has her eyes set on some new technology initiatives. "A key initiative for us in 2015 is to deploy a web-based reporting system for our management and executives to have access to key business indicators, on their personal devices, anywhere and anytime," she says. "We have seen initial successes with our digital marketing efforts, and we intend to aggressively adopt and enhance our digital marketing efforts, aimed at our existing customer base registered within our stores and outside too."
