On Wednesday (January 23, 2013), Nimble Storage, a flash-optimised hybrid storage solutions vendor that styles itself as "the storage industry's fastest growing company in history" issued a statement announcing the opening of its Singapore office. "Nimble Storage....is rapidly expanding into global markets that have high growth in data centre projects," they said in the statement, "Singapore is estimated to hold more than 50 percent of the commercial carrier and carrier neutral data centre space in Southeast Asia, according to the country's Economic Development Board."

Adding to this, Vice President for Nimble Storage Asia Pacific, Peter O'Connor said they had bigger plans for their latest office.
