Optus has won a five-year contract worth $60 million with security company Suretek.
The contract is for fixed network and mobile services.
Optus and Suretek, which provides security monitoring, wireless alarm communications and redundancy solutions, say they will also begin to work together to develop new security solutions.
"Today's announcement also reinforces our commitment in providing ongoing innovation in the delivery of security services," Optus Business managing director John Paitaridis said in a statement on Friday.
