Announces success of Ramco User Meet organised for its global aviation customers.

Eight nations were represented at the three-day Ramco User Meet that turned out to be a great success.

Held during 3-5 April 2013, this event gave attendees a chance to learn about best practices, hands-on experience, technology trends and operational excellence.

P. R. Venketrama Raja, vice chairman & managing director, Ramco Systems, and Virender Aggarwal, CEO, Ramco Systems, presented the product roadmap.

The duo also highlighted the company's focus on building mobility, usability, social, in-memory and context-aware features in the software.

"It is exhilarating to meet users and understand how they have benefited from our solution," said Raja. "RUM'13 was a great platform for both users and us to network and have a healthy exchange of ideas and draw up the product roadmap for the year ahead."

Success stories

Ramco Systems provides next generation, end-to-end enterprise solutions that transform businesses in real time.

Three of its customers including Ornge, Columbia Helicopters and Petroleum Helicopters leveraged this event to share their experience and success stories using Ramco's solution.

Ramco also formed Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and launched a new capability called WorkSpaces that encouraged users to upgrade to the latest version.

Users see the newly formed CAB as a step towards democratisation of the product development process.

"It was greatly satisfying to know that our customers unanimously reaffirmed that our product philosophy and roadmap are in the right direction and will support their growth plans," said Aggarwal. "RUM'13 (Ramco User Meet) has set the stage and the right impetus for next phase of growth for Ramco Aviation."
