The Minute List - a Singapore-based video-driven restaurant guide - now allows diners to book seats at selected restaurants simply by hashtagging #CHEFTABLENOW.

The hashtag booking system will take reservations via Facebook and Instagram for the Chef Table Experience event that is taking place in Singapore from tomorrow (16 April 2016) to 10 May 2016.

The event will see the republic's contemporary restaurants offering intimate and unique dining experiences. Diners will get to sample new dishes before anyone else, and receive insider tips on the chefs' personal cooking repertoire shared by the Head Chefs themselves.

Participating restaurants include pioneering burger restaurant MEATliquor, British-inspired gastro-pub Oxwell & Co, Thai street food restaurant Long Chim, modern alpine restaurant ZOTT'S and innovative dining experience Bacchanalia.

To sign up for the event, interested diners can search for the #CHEFTABLENOW on Facebook and Instagram before selecting their desired restaurant experience. Thereafter, they need to leave a comment with their reservation date, number of guests and the #CHEFTABLENOW hashtag to make a booking. The Minute List will then send a confirmation reply, which needs to be presented on entry at the restaurant.
