Feedback from our partners and customers has been very positive, and we look forward to working closely together to help each other succeed. We will use the remainder of 2015 to put into place the infrastructure that supports our new channel program which will become effective in early 2016. The customer-centric partner program will unify the best of Zebra's award-winning PartnersFirst program and the PartnerEmpower program to encompass a more inclusive channel ecosystem that addresses the needs of distributors, independent software vendors (ISVs), resellers and system integrators (SIs).
The program offers partners training opportunities, co-branding assets, sales & technical webinars and open channels for feedback, enabling them to better advise and engage with their customers. With valuable information on enterprise assets, people and transactions, Zebra's partners can make better business decisions, and increase productivity with real-time insights.
We are also approaching an important milestone with the upcoming launch of our new support services portfolio known as Zebra OneCare. Zebra OneCare is a portfolio of support services that maximize the uptime and availability of Zebra mobile computers, printers, bar code scanners, RFID devices and wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure. This was just launched and the service will be rolling out across APAC. We are especially excited about our asset visibility platform and online reporting solution, Operational Visibility Service (OVS), which provides customers and partners with the identification, location, condition, status and history of their valued assets. OneCare will help businesses increase the productivity of their mobile technology while OVS will enable Zebra and its partners to not only see asset intelligence while deployed in the field but also provide transparent and high value digital services seamlessly between customers' operations and Zebra's Service Operations.
