HP has appointed Carlos Chou as vice president of sales for HP Enterprise Service in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), the technology company announced yesterday.
Chou will report to David Caspari, senior vice president and general manager of HP Enterprise Service, Asia Pacific and Japan.
"Organisations across Asia Pacific want to accelerate business innovation and growth, while running their businesses efficiently," HP said in its statement. "Chou will be responsible for delivering HP's services to help enterprise clients achieve this through a range of areas including infrastructure services, business process outsourcing, application solutions as well as cloud implementations."
Chou has 25 years of IT experience working in Asia Pacific and the U.S. He was previously vice president of sales and alliances for HP Global Business Solutions. Prior to joining HP, he led Customer Relationship Management (CRM) global sales for SAP. He also worked at Siebel Systems and Oracle.
