Indian IT services provider Mahindra Satyam has been ranked as six out of 20 best employers in the Dataquest CMR Best Employers 2011 Survey.
The company also scored high on parameters such as gender inclusivity and learning and development in the survey.
"This recognition underscores the steady progress in this turnaround story towards making Mahindra Satyam one of the preferred employers in the industry," said Hari T, CPO and CMO, Mahindra Satyam. "What is remarkable is that this has been achieved in spite of significant adversities that we were confronted with and reinforces our spirit to rise even further."
According to the survey, Mahindra Satyam re-entered the survey after a gap of nearly three years.
"Mahindra Satyam's rankings on various parameters in the survey are a testimony of how the company has emerged from its near shattered image and rebuilt its business," the survey mentioned.
