And it is the same security system that RSA is offering to its customers. The RSA system consists of mainly four products: RSA enVision, RSA Archer, RSA NetWitness, and RSA DLP.
RSA Solutions Centre
To showcase their unique security products, RSA has come up with a RSA Solutions Centre (RSC) in their Changi Business Park office in Singapore.
The centre is meant to demonstrate RSA's capabilities and thought-leadership in the area of security threats and solutions, especially in the context of evolving threat landscape.
The centre opened less than three months ago. It is a first of its kind and it is on the cloud.
The RSC is housed within the EMC Executive Briefing Centre (EBCs). The other two EBCs are in Tokyo and Bangalore. The EBC opened in Singapore in 2009 and is a testament to EMC's investment and commitment to Singapore and the region, says Clifford.
"This is a next generation security facility that combines workflow and correlated data from multiple areas of the organisation, security devices and technologies," says Kok.
"Before we had this centre, we had to fly down our customers to the U.S.," says Kok. Now they bring their customers to this centre and demonstrate how the Advanced Security System works using simulated attacks.
Clifford says that about 500 customers from Asia Pacific and Japan have already visited the EBC. Most of RSA's customers come from government, telco, financial and insurance services, and manufacturing sector, he added. (Some corrections have been made in this article on April 20, 2012)
