Trend Micro has launched Custom Defence Services in association with e-Cop, a leading managed security service provider headquartered in Singapore, the security software company announced today in Singapore.
Custom Defence Services refer to a comprehensive set of services to empower organisations in adapting their response to and improving detection capabilities of targeted attacks.
The company made the announcement at CLOUDSEC Congress 2013, a regional cloud security summit.
Trend Micro officials announced that its Custom Defence Services will be made available first in Asia Pacific, and to support the roll-out, Trend Micro is bringing malware forensic and analysis capabilities to Singapore with the establishment of its TrendLabs.
The centre is the latest addition to the global network of security experts in TrendLabs providing 24x7 threat surveillance, attack prevention, and timely customised solutions delivery.
"The launch of Trend Micro Custom Defence Services is timely in the wake of increasing regional and localised attacks," said Tom Kellermann, Global Vice President of Cyber Security, Trend Micro.
